Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Print Atelier, every piece is made and packed with a lot of care. As a small brand, we currently do not offer easy pick-up exchanges. However, we do allow exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.

✔️ Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are only possible if the customer arranges the return courier themselves.
Once the product is couriered back to us by the customer and reaches us successfully, we will dispatch the replacement product.
The product must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In clean condition
With original tags intact
Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

🔁 What can be exchanged?
Exchanges are only allowed for the SAME product in a different size.
Example:
If you ordered a jacket and faced a size issue, you may exchange it only for the same jacket in another size.
We do not allow exchanges for a different product or design.

📏 Size Guidance (Please Read Carefully)
We strongly request customers to carefully go through the size chart before placing an order.
If you are unsure about sizing, you can DM us anytime before ordering.
We are very active on Instagram DMs and always help with size suggestions to ensure the best fit.
Ordering after checking the size chart helps avoid unnecessary exchanges 💛

❌ No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Refunds will only be considered if there is an error from our end (wrong product, major defect, etc.).
